2. Site presentation

The purpose of the site is to provide useful and up-to-date information on the services offered by the Editor

3. Site access

The access to the Site is possible at www.chaletbeaurivage.fr
The Editor and the IT Provider used available technical solutions to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
but may nevertheless at any time suspend, limit or interrupt the access to the Site or to certain pages, without prior notice the Visitor,

4. Editor responsibility

The Editor does not warrant that the Site operates without interruptions, slowness or errors. The Site may also experience occasional failures and some programming errors may be caused by updates or events beyond the Editor’s control.
The responsibility of the Editor can not be engaged in case of impossibility of access to the site or use of its services.

Moreover, the Site can not guarantee the accuracy of the information that is disseminated there.

Changes, suspensions, interruptions or degradation of the Site may occur due to a human error, Internet failure, improper configuration, use of browsers not compatible with the Site.

No technical assistance is provided to the Visitor either electronically or by phone, except for personal data.

The Visitor accept that the Editor has the right to limit or remove his access rights to the Site, if the Editor believes that the user has not respected this General terms of use, or has changed content on the Site. Such decision may be taken at any time and without prior notice.

 

5. It provider responsibility

The IT Service Provider try to maintain the availability, security and quality of the Site to ensure to the Editor and users the best possible access conditions.
The liability of the IT Provider can not be engaged in case of impossibility of access to the site.
There is no technical assistance to the user either by email or by phone from the IT Service Provider.

7. Personal data

Respectful of the privacy of the Site users, the Editor, undertakes that the collection and processing of these data is done in accordance to the RGPD. At any time and whatever the reason, any user has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete every personal data that he has filled when using the Site. Third party services

In order to guarantee a quality of service and in order to understand and analyze the User’s expectations, the IT Provider has set up third-party tools on the Site that use cookies.

Form

Forms used on the Site allow sending an email to the Editor. This email contains fields provided in the form. These data dare not stored on the site nor in the database.
Only competent members of the Editor or of the IT Service Provider will have access to this information and will process it with the utmost respect.

Newsletter

The Editor offers you to fill in your email in order to receive news. Emails are managed in the MailChimp service. MailChimp does not have access to the site and does not create cookies.
Only competent members of the Editor or of IT Service Provider have access to Mailchimp email lists managed by the Editor.

Securing access to personal data

The Editor and the IT Service Provider implement all the necessary precautions to secure access to its servers where the users personal data are stored. A secured connection (HTTPS) is set up.
The site is updated regularly by the IT Service Provider to fulfill any security gaps.
However, no Internet service can currently offer to its users absolute guarantee in this area. The Editor or the IT Service Provider can not be held responsible for the protection of data over the connection from the user computer of to the Site.
The Editor and the IT Provider use highly secure passwords to access the servers, data, databases and email lists. Only trained and competent employees of the Editor or the IT Service Provider are in possession of these accesses.

Deletion of personal data

To delete user collected data, please contact the Editor using a way described in Contact chapter.

 

8. Consent

The user has to accept the CGU in the dedidaced banner. In accordance to the RGPD, the acceptance of cookies is register for 13 months maximum.

 

9. Hypertext links

The Editor cannot be held responsible for the practices exercised by the general conditions of use of other Internet sites to which the user would have had access via hypertext links present on the Site.
It is strongly recommended to the user to make sure of the contents of the general conditions of use of all the visited sites and to contact directly their operator, host or owner in case of difficulty.

 

10. Intellectual property

The structuring of the Site but also the texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos and computer applications that compose it are the exclusive property of the Editor and are protected as such by the laws under the intellectual property.

Access to the Site does not constitute recognition of a right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property rights relating to any element of the Site, which remain the exclusive property of the Editor.

11. Update of general conditions of use

The Editor can modify these Terms of Use at any time.
The modifications will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the Site.

12. Applicable right

These general conditions are governed by Portuguese and European law.
Any dispute between the Editor and the User will be within the jurisdiction of the competent Court in whose jurisdiction the Editor’s registered office is located.
